19. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF CONTRACT FOR RING CENTRAL UNIFIED COMMUNICATION SOFTWARE LICENSES,\nMAINTENANCE, AND SUPPORT WITH RINGCENTRAL, INC. (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE a contract with RingCentral, Inc. for Ring Central unified communication software licenses, including\nsoftware maintenance, and software support for a total contract amount not to exceed $238,955.40, for a term of 5 years;\nand\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the contract after approval as to form by the City Attorney.
