I.10 AUTHORIZATION TO AWARD A CONSULTANT AGREEMENT FOR TRAFFIC ENGINEERING\nSERVICES FOR THE TRANSPORTATION DEMAND MANAGEMENT PLAN (REPORT OF: PUBLIC\nWORKS)\nAuthorization to Award an Agreement for Professional Consultant Traffic Engineering Services to Kittelson & Associates, Inc.\nfor the Transportation Demand Management Plan, Project Number 810 0025\nRecommendation(s)\nThat the City Council:\n1. Award an Agreement for professional consultant traffic engineering services to Kittelson & Associates, Inc. for the\nTransportation Demand Management (TDM) Plan, Project Number 810 0025; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement with Kittelson & Associates, Inc. in the amount of $119,964, subject to\nthe approval by the City Attorney; and\n3. Authorize the issuance of a Purchase Order to Kittelson & Associates, Inc., in the amount of $119,964, funded by Capital\nProjects Grants (Fund 2301) and General Fund (Fund 1010), when the Agreement has been signed by all parties; and\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute any subsequent Amendments to the Agreement with Kittelson & Associates, Inc.,\nwithin the City Council approved annual budgeted amounts, including the authority to authorize the associated purchase orders\nin accordance with the terms of the Agreement, subject to the approval of the City Attorney.
