Project (Project No. C25015) to Square Signs LLC DBA Front Signs, as the lowest\nresponsible bidder;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the construction agreement with Square Signs\nLLC DBA Front Signs for $351,095, in such final form as approved by the City Attorney;\n3. Authorize 15% of the awarded contract amount as contingency allowance to be used, if\nnecessary, with the City Manager's approval, for unforeseen conditions;\n4. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute any amendments within the\nauthorized contingency; and\n5. Authorize the City Manager to issue a purchase order to Tapco, Inc. for $734,992.87, for\nthe direct purchasing of signage and signage mounting equipment through Omnia Partners\n(Cooperative Purchasing); and\n6.
