7) CONSIDERATION OF OFFICE OF TRAFFIC SAFETY (OTS) GRANTS FOR POLICE & FIRE\nDEPARTMENTS\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Accept the Grants Numbers PT25086 and EM25018 from the State Office of Traffic\nSafety (OTS), and authorize the City Manager and the City Manager's authorized\ndesignees to execute all grant related documents, in such form as approved by the City\nAttorney; and\n2. Adopt the attached resolution authorizing the necessary budget amendments:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2024-63 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A BUDGET AMENDMENT\nFOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2024 AND ENDING JUNE 30,\n2025 (OFFICE OF TRAFFIC SAFETY GRANTS)\nEND OF CONSENT CALENDAR
