18. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF A CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH RSG, INC. TO ASSIST IN THE PREPARATION OF THE\nFIVE-YEAR CONSOLIDATED PLAN, ONE-YEAR ANNUAL ACTION PLAN, AND ANALYSIS OF IMPEDIMENTS TO FAIR HOUSING\nCHOICE (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. AWARD and APPROVE the proposed Contract Services Agreement with RSG, Inc. to provide professional services in\npreparation of the Consolidated Plan, One-Year Action Plan, and Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice, at a cost\nnot to exceed $59,400\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the Agreement following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
