17. CONSIDER AWARDING A CONTRACT SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH AMERICAN GLOBAL SECURITY INC., TO PROVIDE\nBUILDING SECURITY SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF CARSON (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. AWARD American Global Security, Inc a three-year contract with two additional optional one-year extensions, to provide\nbuilding security services to the City of Carson, for the period beginning November 11, 2024 through November 10, 2027, for\na total cost not-to-exceed $2,660,542.87.\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the agreement following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
