3. Approval of the First Amendment to the Cyclic Storage Agreement Between the\nMetropolitan Water District of Southern California and the City of Burbank –\nBurbank Water and Power Department\nRecommendation: Approve the General Manager of Burbank Water and Power\n(BWP) to execute the First Amendment to the Cyclic Storage agreement with\nthe Metropolitan Water District of Southern California and subsequent\namendments to this agreement for storage of imported water in the San\nFernando groundwater basin. This water will be stored in the basin for future\nuse and extraction by BWP.
