Ordinance 2023-02 will\namend and restate Section 17.28.020 of the Los Alamitos Municipal Code\nconcerning the regulation of Accessory Dwelling Units (ZOA 23-01).\nRecommendation:\nAdopt Ordinance No. 2023-02, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL\nOF THE CITY OF LOS ALAMITOS, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING AND RESTATING\nSECTION 17.28.020 OF THE LOS ALAMITOS MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING\nTHE REGULATION OF ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS (ZOA 23-01)."
