8. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MOORE IACOFANO GOLTSMAN, INC. (MIG) FOR CITY ON- CALL GIS SERVICES\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council consider approval of a Professional Services Agreement with Moore Iacofano Goltsman, Inc. (MIG), for On-Call Geographic Information Systems (GIS) services for a term of two years at a not-to-exceed amount of $50,000 for the contract, with the option to extend the contract for up to three (3) one-year extensions for a total maximum contract period of five (5) years.
