The City\nCouncil will meet in closed session pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8\nregarding the acquisition of certain property interests from the real property located\nat 5930 Etiwanda Ave., Jurupa Valley CA. The negotiating parties are the City of\nJurupa Valley and the property owner, New Hope Transport. Negotiators for the\nCity are Rod Butler, Michael Fad, and Amy Sells. Under negotiations are price and\nterms of the acquisition of the property.
