(5)\nBPW­2024­0584\nBOS + BCA\nCD 6\nPERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT – JACOBS PROJECT MANAGEMENT\nCOMPANY\nRecommending the Board:\nAUTHORIZE the Director of the Bureau of Sanitation to:\n1. FIND that the proposal by Jacobs Project Management Company\n(JPMCo/Jacobs) provides the lowest ultimate cost and best value to the City of\nLos Angeles as compared with any other responsive proposal submitted;\n2. APPROVE, award, and execute a contract with JPMCo/Jacobs for the\nEngineering Phase of a progressive design build contract for the 8 million gallon\nAdvanced Water Equalization Basins at Donald C. Tillman Water Reclamation\nPlant at a design cost of $8,800,325;\n3. AUTHORIZE the President or two members of the Board of Public Works to\nexecute the contract after approval as­to­form has been obtained from the City\nAttorney; and\n4. FIND it in the City's best interest to not apply the Local Business Program\nrequirement for this contract in order to satisfy provisions of the US EPA Water\nInfrastructure and Innovation Act funding.\n(W.O.
