4. Award of Contract to Starside Security & Investigations for the\nPolice Department's Jail Facility Staffing and Support Services.\nIt is recommended that the City Council\n1. Approve the Professional Services Agreement with Starside\nSecurity and Investigative Services for jail facility staffing\nand support services for a three-year term from December\n1, 2024, through November 30, 2027; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to make non-substantive\nchanges as approved by the City Attorney and execute the\nagreement.
