8E. Authorization to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with MWH\nConstructors, Inc. (MWH) to provide As-Needed Wastewater Construction\nManagement and Inspection (CM&I) Services for various Task Orders.\nEnvironmental Considerations: The action being considered by the City\nCouncil is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\npursuant to Section 15301(b) of the CEQA Guidelines, which exempts the\nminor alteration, restoration, and rehabilitation of existing public utility\nfacilities.
