2. Cooperative Agreement with the City of La Verne Assigning Maintenance of Two New\nTraffic Signals on Fulton Road\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Approve the cooperative agreement with the City of La Verne assignment the\nmaintenance of two new traffic signals on Fulton Road at Arrow Highway and at\nRailroad tracks; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute the cooperative agreement and any\nsubsequent amendments, subject to review by the City Attorney.
