6) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE LEGAL SERVICES AGREEMENT\nWITH CIVICA LAW GROUP FOR ON-CALL CODE ENFORCEMENT LEGAL SERVICES\nRecommend that the City Council:\nSpecial and Regular Meeting Notice and Agenda – October 21, 2024\na. Approve a First Amendment to the Legal Services Agreement with Civica Law Group, APC\n(Contract No. 2244(a)) to increase the not to exceed sum from $24,900 to $100,000 and\nextend for a three year term to provide on-call Code Enforcement Legal Services; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the Amendment and all related\ndocuments.
