4.10 Approval of Four Professional Services Agreements to: 1) Ascent\nEnvironmental, Inc.; 2) De Novo Planning Group; 3) Dudek; and 4) LSA\nAssociates, Inc., for On-Call Environmental Review Consulting Services\nRecommendation: That the City Council approve four Professional Services\nAgreements with the following consulting firms: 1) Ascent Environmental, Inc.;\n2) De Novo Planning Group; 3) Dudek; and 4) LSA Associates, Inc., for On-Call\nEnvironmental Review Consulting Services, in the total not to exceed contract\namount of $500,000 each for a term of five (5) years, respectively, and authorize\nthe City Manager to execute each of the four proposed Professional Services\nAgreements.\nItems Removed from the Consent Calendar
