9) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH PRECISION\nCONCRETE CUTTING THROUGH THE KEYSTONE PURCHASING NETWORK FOR SIDEWALK\nCONDITION ASSESSMENT SERVICES\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve a Contract Services Agreement with Precision Concrete Cutting through Keystone\nPurchasing Network Contract Reference No. KPN-202201-04 in an amount not to exceed\n$1,006,900 for sidewalk condition assessment services;\nb. Approve a contingency up to $114,939 for any change orders due to unforeseen conditions\nor change in work; and\nSpecial and Regular Meeting Notice and Agenda – October 21, 2024\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the agreement and make any\nnon-substantive changes once agreement is finalized by the City Attorney.\nADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS
