5) CONSIDERATION TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA\nASSOCIATIONS OF GOVERNMENTS’ REGIONAL EARLY ACTION PROGRAM 2.0 GRANT AND\nAUTHORIZE A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING TO IMPLEMENT THE GRANT PROGRAM\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Adopt Resolution No. 8342 accepting the Southern California Association of Governments’\nRegional Early Action Program 2.0 Grant;\nb. Authorize the City to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (Contract No. 2306) with\nSCAG to implement the REAP 2.0 Grant Program; and\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantive changes and execute\nthe MOU with SCAG and all grant related documents.
