10) DISCUSSION AND CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENTS\nWITH HOME AGAIN LOS ANGELES AND NORTH VALLEY CARING SERVICES TO PROVIDE\nCOMPREHENSIVE HOMELESS SERVICES\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Home Again Los Angeles in an amount not\nto exceed $157,200, to provide comprehensive homeless services;\nb. Authorize contingency of 10% of the annual contracted services amount, for homeless\nservices-related costs and authorize City Manager to execute change orders as necessary\nup to contingency authority, within the annual authorized budget in a given fiscal year; and\nc. Approve a Professional Services Agreement with North Valley Caring Services in an amount\nnot to exceed $175,000, to provide comprehensive homeless services; and\nd. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantive edits and execute all\nrelated documents.
