9. Annual Signing and Striping Improvements Project (CIP No. 50109) – Award\nConstruction. (500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Award a Construction Contract for a not-to-exceed amount of $343,787 to\nWGJ Enterprises, Inc., dba PCI (PCI), for the Annual Signing and Striping\nImprovements Project, CIP No. 50109 (Project) and authorize the City\nManager to execute the contract in a form approved by the City Attorney;\n2. Approve the plans and specifications for the Project;\n3. Authorize the Public Works Director to process change orders, as needed,\nin an amount not-to-exceed $68,800 (approximately 20% of the total contract\namount) for construction contingency;\n4. Amend the fiscal year (FY) 2024-25 Adopted Budget by transferring funding\nin the amount of $214,910 in Measure R Funds (Fund 207) from Account\nNo. 207.70.7300.54500-CIP50081 to Account No. 207.70.7300.54500-\nCIP50109; and\n5.
