Approve Change Order No. 3 for the Golf Course Fire Damage Repair, CIP\nNo. F21345 (Project), in the amount of $42,649for a new not-to-exceed\nconstruction amount of $741,201;\n2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute Change Order No. 3\nfor the Project; and\n3.
