PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH KIMLEY-HORN & ASSOCIATES, INC.\nFOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE BUENA PARK SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL PLAN\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve Professional Services Agreement (PSA) 24-10\nwith Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. for the Development of the Buena Park Safe\nRoutes to School Plan in the amount of $432,017.82; 2) Authorize the City Manager\nand City Attorney to make any necessary, non-monetary changes to the agreement;\n3) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the agreement; and, 4)\nAppropriate $433,000 from the undesignated General Fund balance for this\npurpose.
