8. Amendment No. 2 To Agreement No. 21-2049, For Professional Services, And\nInformation Technology Management Services With Infinity Technologies.\nRecommendation: (500)\n1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 21-2049 with Infinity\nTechnologies for Information Technology (IT) Professional Services, with an\nestimated annual compensation of $180,000 and extend the term for an\nadditional three (3) years for a not-to-exceed amount of $540,000 over the\nspan of the three-year term extension;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment in a form approved\nby the City Attorney; and\n3.
