CONSIDERATION OF AN ASSIGNMENT AND SECOND AMENDMENT TO\nAFFORDABLE HOUSING DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (AHDDA)\nWITH C&C DEVELOPMENT\nThe City Council will consider approving an Assignment and Second Amendment to the\nDisposition and Development Agreement with C&C Development concerning the City-\nowned property located at 7101 Lincoln Avenue, Buena Park, CA.\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve an Assignment and Second Amendment to the\nAffordable Housing Disposition and Development Agreement with C&C\nDevelopment to subordinate the City's security interest in the property to project\nloans issued by the County of Orange; and ,2) Authorize the City Manager , City\nAttorney and City Clerk to finalize and execute a Second Amendment and take\nrelated actions to implement the change in lien priority.
