3.6 APPROVAL OF ENGINEERING SERVICES,\nCONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES, AND\nADDITIONAL STAFFING FOR GREAT PARK\nFRAMEWORK IMPLEMENTATION\nACTION:\n1) Approve an agreement with DMc Engineering for\nengineering support services in the amount of\n$2,000,000.\n2) Approve an agreement with Griffin Structures, Inc. for\nconstruction management services in the amount of\n$2,000,000.\n3) Delegate authority to the City Manager to amend\ncontracts for engineering support services and\nconstruction management services provided the cost is\nwithin the Great Park Framework budget.\n4) Approve a budget appropriation of $750,000 for\nstaffing to implement the Great Park Framework Plan.\n5) Adopt - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL\nOF THE CITY OF IRVINE, CALIFORNIA,\nAUTHORIZING FULL-TIME POSITIONS IN\nACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF\nCOMPENSATION RESOLUTIONS AND\nSUPERSEDING RESOLUTION NO. 24-53, WHICH IS\nINCONSISTENT THEREWITH\n(Unless otherwise directed by a member of the City\nCouncil, the vote on this matter will reflect the prior\naction of each Councilmember when he or she sat and\nvoted as a member of the Board of Directors of the\nGreat Park Corporation. However, if a Councilmember\nis not present at the City Council meeting, his or her\nvote will be reflected as absent.)\n3.6
