UPDATE ON ALL COMMISSIONERS TO PROVIDE PROOF OF\nRESIDENCE AND RETURN SIGNED APPLICATION FOR\nAPPOINTMENT TO COMMISSION\nAt the September 24, 2024, Special City Council Meeting, the Mayor and\nCity Council directed staff to update the Application for Appointment to\nCommission by adding a proof of residence requirement with a driver’s\nlicense and a utility bill, and to include a statement made under penalty of\nperjury to the application.
