10. AWARD OF CONTRACTS FOR BUS SHELTER ENHANCEMENT PROJECT (FUNDING\nSOURCES: GRANT FUNDS AND PROPOSITION C FUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council:\nA. Award contract to Tolar Manufacturing, Inc. for fabrication and _ installation\nservices for the Bus Stop Enhancement Project and authorize the City\nManager to enter into an agreement in the amount of $470,539, and\nauthorize a ten percent contingency in the amount of $47,054, for a total\ncontract amount of $517,593;\nB. Award contract to Green Giant Landscape, Inc. for site preparation\nservices for the Bus Stop Enhancement Project and authorize the City\nManager to enter into an agreement in the amount of $280,000, and\nauthorize a ten percent contingency in the amount of $28,000, for a total\ncontract amount of $308,000;\nC. Authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with JBohn\nAssociates, Inc. in the amount of $12,500 for consultation services for the\nBus Stop Enhancement Project;\nD. Authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with RKA Group in\nthe amount of $25,000 for public works inspection services for the Bus Stop\nEnhancement Project;\nE. Appropriate $147,494 in Prop 1B funds for the Bus Stop Enhancement\nProject;\nF. Appropriate $397,677 in FTA 5307 funds for the Bus Stop Enhancement\nProject;\nG. Appropriate $317,922 in Proposition C funds for the Bus_ Stop\nEnhancement Project; and\nH. Find this item is exempt from environmental review under the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA).
