AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH CXT INCORPORATED FOR THE\nCAHUILLA —= PARK = RESTROOM __ IMPROVEMENT — PROJECT FUNDING | SOURCES:\nMEASURE A, PARK DEDICATION FUNDS, AND CLAREMONT UNIFIED ~ SCHOOL\nDISTRICT FUNDS)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council:\nA. Authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with CXT\nIncorporated in the amount of $362,000 for the demolition and_ installation\nwork related to the Cahuilla Park Restroom Improvement Project, and\nauthorize a ten percent project contingency of $36,200;\nB. Appropriate $211,200 in Park Dedication funds to fund a ten percent\ncontingency in the amount of $36,200 and $175,000 until reimbursement\nfunds from the Claremont Unified School District are received for the\ndemolition and_ installation work related to the Cahuilla Park Restroom\nImprovement Project; and\nC. Authorize acceptance of $175,000 from the Claremont Unified School\nDistrict to partially fund the demolition and installation work related to the\nCahuilla Park Restroom Improvement Project; and\nD. Appropriate $308,500 in Measure A funds to complete the City's portion of\nthe Cahuilla Park Restroom Improvement Project; and\nE.
