AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER INTO A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH THE\nCLAREMONT UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT PROVIDING RECORDED NOTICE OF THE\nEXISTENCE OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CLAREMONT AND_ THE\nCLAREMONT UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR THE MANAGEMENT AND USE OF THE\nCAHUILLA PARK ATHLETIC FIELDS (FUNDING SOURCE: GENERAL FUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council authorize the City Manager to enter\ninto a Memorandum of Agreement with the Claremont Unified School District\nto provide constructive notice of the existing agreement for the use and\nmanagement of the Cahuilla Park Athletic Fields.
