APPROVAL OF NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR YEAR 3 OF THE ANNUAL\nSIDEWALK REPLACEMENT PROGRAM\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council accept Year 3 of the Multi-\nYear Sidewalk Replacement Program as complete and authorize the City Clerk to file\nthe Notice of Completion. If the City Council concurs, an appropriate motion would\nbe:\n“I move to accept Year 3 of the Multi-Year Sidewalk Replacement Program Project\nNo. 23-9272 performed by CJ Concrete Construction, Inc., as complete, and\nauthorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion.”
