12. 2020 STATE HOMELAND SECURITY GRANT PROGRAM EXPENDITURE PLAN (FUNDING\nSOURCE: 2020 STATE HOMELAND SECURITY GRANT)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council:\nA. Approve the purchase of Motorola Solutions, Inc. radio equipment offered\nthrough the reimbursable State of California 2020 Homeland Security Grant\nProgram (SHSGP);\nB. Authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Motorola\nSolutions, Inc. in the amount of $66,849.19 for the purchase of mobile\nradios; and\nC. Appropriate $66,849.19 from the General Fund for the purchase of mobile\nradios which will be reimbursed through SHSGP grant funds.
