F. Awarding and Authorizing a Professional Services Agreement with John\nL Hunter and Associates, Inc. for National Pollutant Discharge\nElimination System (NPDES) and Water Conservation Services - That the\nCity Council adopt Resolution 7570: 1. Approving and awarding a\nProfessional Services Agreement with John L Hunter and Associates, Inc. in\nan annual amount of $102,906 and a not-to-exceed amount of $514,530 over\na five-year period to provide National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System\n(NPDES) and water conservation program services; and, 2. Authorizing and\ndirecting the City Manager to execute the Professional Services Agreement.
