H. Approving and Authorizing Amendment No. 1 to the Maintenance\nServices Agreement with SCA of CA, LLC for Street Sweeping Services -\nThat the City Council adopt Resolution 7572 approving Amendment No. 1 to\nthe Maintenance Services Agreement with SCA of CA, LLC (“SCA”),\ndated October 28, 2019, as follows: 1. Extending the term of the Agreement\nfor one additional one-year term through and including October 28, 2025\n(“Third Extension”); and, 2. Authorizing the City Manager to approve one\nadditional one-year extension of the Agreement through and including\nOctober 28, 2026 (“Fourth Extension”), contingent upon satisfactory\nperformance of SCA; and, 3. Increasing SCA’s compensation by a one-time\n3.2% Consumer Price Index adjustment of $5,581.36 for a not-to-exceed\namount of $179,997.36 for each one-year term extension; and, 4. Authorizing\nthe City Manager to approve additional work requests up to a total amount of\n$10,000 per one-year term extension in connection with the Agreement; and,\n5. Authorizing and directing the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 on\nbehalf of the City.
