Approving Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement\nwith Data Ticket, Inc. - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7573: 1.\nApproving Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with\nData Ticket, Inc. in order to extend the term by one year, with two one-year\noptional extensions, and to amend the contractor’s fee schedule, for the\nprocessing of fines, bail, and forfeiture thereof, in connection with the\nissuance of illegal parking citations pursuant to the laws of California and\nonline permit application services; and, 2. Authorizing the City Manager to\nexecute Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement.
