17. Ratify the submission of the Encampment Resolution Funding grant application and\nattachments to the California Department of Housing and Community Development; authorize\nthe Housing and Community Development Department Director, or designee, to accept the\ngrant, execute required grant documents, and to take the necessary actions to implement grant\nactivities; approve the Encampment Resolution Funding Program Subrecipient Agreement with\nMariposa Women and Family Center to provide encampment resolution activities to individuals\nexperiencing homelessness at the specified prioritized site for a two year contract term\ncommencing November 1, 2024, ending on November 1, 2026, with maximum compensation\nauthority in the amount of $3,047,465.21; authorize the Housing and Community Development\nDepartment Director, or designee, to execute the agreement and other documents necessary\nto implement and administer the program, provided that the maximum compensation authority\nis not increased; and increase the Housing and Community Development Department Fiscal\nYear 2024/25 revenue and expenditure budget by $3,182,054.17, commensurate to the grant\naward.
