Accept the bids from Advanced Helicopter Services and Rotorcraft Support Inc., in a combined\namount of $348,805.08 plus applicable tax and a 25% contingency, for as-needed Safran\nTurbomeca engine parts, components, and labor for the Police Air Support Division, for a one\nyear period with four one-year optional renewals, and authorize the Purchasing Agent to\nexercise the renewal options, in accordance with Bid #9820; and accept the bids from\nAdvanced Helicopter Services and Standard Aero Limited, in a combined amount of\n$579,034.87 plus applicable tax and a 25% contingency, for as-needed helicopter airframe\nparts, components, and labor for the Police Air Support Division, for a one year period with four\none-year optional renewals, and authorize the Purchasing Agent to exercise the renewal\noptions, in accordance with Bid #9821.
