13. Approve a Master Agreement with eight contractors and such other pre-qualified contractors as\nmay be pre-qualified by the City during the term of the Master Agreement, each in amount not\nto exceed $1,000,000 per work order package or request for emergency response services, for\npark facility maintenance, demolition, repair, replacement and emergency response services\neach for a five year period with two two-year optional extensions; authorize the Director of\nPublic Works, or designee, or Director of Community Services, or designee, to execute the\nMaster Agreements; and to take the necessary actions to implement and administer the Master\nAgreements, including any extensions; authorize de minimis changes that do not substantially\nchange the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement, as determined by the City\nAttorney’s Office; and determine that the projects to be performed under the Master Agreement\nshall be categorically exempt under the California Environmental Quality Act, Sections 15301,\n15302, 15303, and/or 15304 of Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations [Academy Electric\nInc., Carmody Construction Company, Evolution Landscaping Inc., PALP, Inc., dba Excel\nPaving Company, Hardy & Harper, Inc., Leighton Consulting, Inc., New Dimension General\nConstruction, Inc., RAMCO General Engineering Contractors, Inc.].
