Accept bids from TYR Tactical LLC and Adamson Police Products, in the amount of $157,842\nand $201,452.50, respectively plus applicable tax, for a one time purchase of SWAT Personal\nProtective Equipment; authorize the Purchasing Agent to issue agreements, in the amounts of\n$17,799.30 to TYR Tactical LLC and $34,620 to Adamson Police Products, plus applicable tax\nand a 25% contingency, for a one year period with four one-year optional renewals; and\nauthorize the Purchasing Agent to exercise the renewal options, in accordance with Bid #9765.
