18. Approve an Agreement with The Segal Company, Western States, Inc., in an amount not to\nexceed $125,000, for continued consulting services for purposes of classification and\ncompensation implementation strategies; authorize the Human Resources Director, or\ndesignee, to execute the agreement and enter into any other additional agreements or\namendments thereto, for as needed services that may be required for implementation, in an\namount not to exceed $50,000, and to take the necessary actions to implement and administer\nthe agreement.
