15. AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH TUNNELWORKS_ SERVICES\nINC. FOR EMERGENCY SEWER REPAIR SERVICES (FUNDING SOURCE: SEWER\nFUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council:\nA. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Tunnelworks\nServices, Inc. in the amount of $38,820 for emergency sanitary sewer\nsystem repairs;\nB. Appropriate $38,820 from the Sewer Fund to cover the cost of the\nemergency repair; and\nC. Find this item is exempt from environmental review under the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA).
