1.i Approve Purchase Order for Bowman Company for SiFi Inspections\nFiscal Impact:\nExpense: $ 53,000 Agreement with Bowman Company for SiFi Inspections\n$ 33,000 Contract Amendment Close-Out for Totum Corporation\nBudgeted: $101,558 FY 2024-25 Operating Budget (103551-6099)\nRecommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve a purchase order with Bowman Company to provide construction inspection\nservices for the Citywide Fiber Optic Deployment Project for a not-to-exceed amount\nof $53,000; and Authorize the City Administrator to approve amendments up to 20% of\nthe purchase order amount; and\n2. Approve Amendment No. 5 to the Professional Services Agreement with Totum\nCorporation to close-out the remainder of their work performed through September\n2024 for the construction inspection services for the Citywide Fiber Optic Deployment\nProject to $633,000.
