AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER INTO A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH THE\nCLAREMONT UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT PROVIDING RECORDED NOTICE OF THE\nEXISTENCE OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CLAREMONT AND _ THE\nCLAREMONT UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR USE OF CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE LA\nPUERTA SCHOOL SITE (FUNDING SOURCE: GENERAL FUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council authorize the City Manager to enter\ninto a Memorandum of Agreement with the Claremont Unified School District\nto provide constructive notice of the existing 99-year Agreement for Use of\nCertain Portions of the La Puerta School Site.
