ADOPT RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF\nPROPERTY (COMMONLY REFERRED TO ATLANTIS GARDENS) FROM\nTHE LOS ANGELES COUNTY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AND\nAUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS\nRELATED TO SUCH TRANSFER\nThis action is not subject to environmental review under of the California\nEnvironmentally Quality Act (CEQA); administrative activities do not qualify as a\n"project" as defined in CEQA Sections 15378(a), 15060(c), and 15378(b)(5).\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1) Adopt Resolution No. 2024-C62 accepting the\ntransfer of ownership of properties addressed 606, 629, 630, 633, 641 Glenfinnan\nAve., 600, 610, 630, 670 East 6th ST.; 601, 615, 616, 627, 628, 630 Cedarglen DR,\n611, 627, 645 E.
