HAMANT]\nSUBJECT: The Council will consider approving the award of a Maintenance Agreement\nwith Global Power Group, Inc. to provide emergency power generator and automatic\ntransfer switch maintenance services.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve an Agreement for Maintenance Services with\nGlobal Power Group, Inc. to provide emergency power generator and automatic transfer\nswitch maintenance services for a total not-to-exceed amount of $157,896; and 2)\nAuthorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute documents incident to the\nAgreement.
