HAMANT]\nSUBJECT: The Council will consider approving the award of an Agreement for\nMaintenance Services with Majestic Fire, Inc. DBA Kord Fire Protection to provide fire\nlife safety maintenance services.\nRECOMMENDATION: 1) Approve an Agreement for Maintenance Services with\nMajestic Fire, Inc. DBA Kord Fire Protection to provide fire life safety maintenance\nservices for a total not-to-exceed amount of $2,051,200; and 2) Authorize the City\nManager, or designee, to execute documents incident to the Agreement.
