11. A CHANGE ORDER TO THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT WITH GRBCON, INC. FOR THE\nEASEMENT AND STORM DRAINPIPE REPLACEMENT PROJECT\nThat the City Council take the following actions:\nA. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to approve Change Order No. 2 to the\nConstruction Contract with GRBCON, Inc., of Baldwin Park, California, for the Easement\nand Storm Drainpipe Replacement Project in the amount of $467,191 for a total not-to-\nexceed contract amount of $1,245,101; and\nB.
