8. Award of Bid No. 018-25 – ADA Concrete Improvements 2025\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council adopts the next Resolutions, in order, to:\n1. Approve the Plans and Specifications for ADA Concrete Improvements 2025, Bid\nNo. 018-25; and\n2. (a) Find the low bidder non-responsive for the reason set forth in this agenda\nreport; and (b) Award the bid to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder,\nQuality Construction & Engineering, Inc., in the not-to-exceed amount of\n$889,775, with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods.
