City Council/ Staff recommends that the City Council, acting as the 24-402\nOPFA: legislative body of Community Facilities District No. 2001-1\nof the City of Oceanside (Morro Hills Development), and\nthe Board of Directors of the Oceanside Public Financing\nAuthority (the “Authority), adopt resolutions authorizing the\nissuance of Local Agency Revenue Refunding Bonds in an\naggregate principal amount not to exceed eleven million\ndollars ($11,000,000) and approving certain documents\nand taking certain other actions in connection therewith.\nA) Mayor opens public hearing\nB) Mayor requests disclosure of Councilmember and constituent contacts\nand correspondence\nC) Clerk presents correspondence and/or petitions\nD) Testimony beginning with Jill Moya, Financial Services Director\nE) Recommendation - adopt resolutions and agreements
