City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve 24-385\nAmendment 1 to the Property Use Agreement with Serving\nSeniors for the exclusive and preferential non-exclusive use\nof space at the Country Club Senior Center located at 455\nCountry Club Lane, extending the term of the agreement\nthrough December 17, 2029; and authorize the City\nManager to execute the amendment upon receipt of all\nsupporting documents.
