Amendment of FY 2024-25 Capital Improvement Program to include\nadditional funding for the Grulla Lift Station Replacement Project,\nAcceptance of Bids, Award of Contract, and Approval of Project Plans for\nthe Grulla Lift Station Replacement Project\nRECOMMENDATION:\nAppropriate additional funding for Fiscal Year 2024-25 CIP sewer budget in\nthe amount of $220,500 for the Grulla Lift Station Replacement Project;\naccept bids and award a contract to Big Ben Inc. for the Grulla Lift Station\nReplacement Project in the amount of $2,378,635; authorize the City\nManager to approve contract change orders up to 10 percent of the total\nbid amount, and approve the proposal from Krieger and Stewart to provide\nengineering construction support in the amount of $97,455.
